1. Shake the Mico-Vial before opening, then swallow its contents.
2. Take the Mico-Extract capsule with a glass of water.

Use 1 Mico-Extract and 1 Mico-Vial every 24 hours. Consume on an empty stomach before breakfast or a meal, or as advised by your healthcare provider. Remember to shake before use. For external use only. Use the supplied spatula to remove some imuno® CREAM from the jar. Apply to skin\, where required\, and massage with finger until absorbed.
