Pectin is a polysaccharide found in fruit cell walls. Modified citrus pectin (MCP) is made by treating citrus pectin with controlled pH and temperature to break it into shorter chains of much lower molecular weight that dissolve readily in water. This product provides around 1,200 mg sodium per 15 g serving.
Directions
Take 1 scoop (5 g) three times daily in water or juice; let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir until dissolved. Take with plenty of water.
