The Active Ingredient Is: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)

Vitamin C, or L-ascorbic acid as some call it, is a water-soluble nutrient basically essential for normal collagen formation and connective tissue integrity.

This form is L-ascorbic acid, a commonly used, highly bioavailable version that helps collagen synthesis in tissues like skin, cartilage and bones.

What Does Vitamin C Do?

Vitamin C plays a role in collagen formation, which helps to keep skin, bones and blood vessels in good shape, in line with EFSA guidance.

Dr. Clarke at University of Oxford found that vitamin C contributes to collagen formation, supporting connective tissue health according to EFSA recommendations.
