Each application provides a measured dose of the active ingredients, Xylometazoline Hydrochloride and Ipratropium Bromide that helps to relieve symptoms of congestion, sinus pressure, runny nose, and sneezing.
What causes blocked and runny noses?
Runny and blocked noses that are not caused by an allergic reaction which is also known as non-allergic rhinitis; are caused by inflammation which is typically the result of swollen blood vessels and a fluid build-up in the tissues of the nose. This swelling constricts the nasal passages and stimulates the mucus glands, causing the typical symptoms of a runny or blocked nose.
