Pregnacare Breastfeeding Tablet/Capsule is a dietary supplement designed to support new mothers during breastfeeding. The pack contains 84 tablets and capsules, each of which contains a blend of vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, vitamin D, and calcium, to help meet the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mothers and their babies.

How to Use:

Take one pink tablet (marked "AM") and one purple capsule (marked "PM") daily with your main meal.
Swallow the tablet and capsule whole with a glass of water or a cold drink.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage of one pink tablet and one purple capsule per day.
The pink tablet is designed to be taken in the morning and the purple capsule in the evening.
If you forget to take a tablet or capsule, do not take a double dose. Simply continue with the next tablet or capsule as usual.
