Pregnacare Conception Him & Her Tablet is a dietary supplement pack designed for couples trying to conceive, with 30 tablets for women and 30 tablets for men. The tablets contain vitamins and minerals to support reproductive health and healthy sperm production and are intended for daily use by both partners, preferably starting three months before trying to conceive.

How to Use:

Take one women's tablet and one men's tablet daily with your main meal.
Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water or a cold drink.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage of one women's tablet and one men's tablet per day.
The pack is intended for daily use by both partners, preferably starting at least three months before trying to conceive.
