How does delivery work?

For the majority of the UK, kits are dispatched by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 16:00. Dispatches are sent using Royal Mails Next-Day service. We will email you tracking information directly and you should receive your order the day after dispatch. We strongly recommend you order test kits well in advance of when you need to take your sample. 

How do I get my travel certificate?

Free thyroxine also referred to as T4 . It works to speed up the metabolism and is one of the two hormones produced by the thyroid gland. This test will only look to identify free T4 which means the the thyroxine is unbound in the body. Only when excessive T4 is unbound does it symbolise an issue.
