Take one capsule of Trec Nutrition Omega-3 + D3 with 300 ml of water, preferably during or immediately after a meal. Store in a tightly closed container in a dry place at a temperature of 15-25°C, away from excessive sunlight. After opening, consume within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
