Tubigrip size D can be used for limbs or joints 20-24cm in circumference. The Tubigrip Natural Colour is suitable for a medium elbow, large wrist, or small to medium ankle.
Tubigrip size E can be used for limbs or joints 24-28cm in circumference. The Tubigrip Natural Colour is suitable for a medium to large ankle, large elbow, or medium knee.
Tubigrip size F can be used for limbs or joints 28-36cm in circumference. The Tubigrip Natural Colour is suitable for a small thigh or a medium to large knee.

Cut Tubigrip to twice the needed length for the area, adding 3cm for overlap. Slide the bandage evenly over the limb like a sleeve. Fold Tubigrip back over the limb (with the cut edge on top) to create a second layer. Apply a cold compress to the affected area right after the injury to help reduce swelling and pain.
