May Bank Holidays - Service Update

There may be some postage delays over the upcoming May Bank Holidays.

To ensure the best possible quality of your samples and results, we kindly suggest that you avoid collecting or posting samples between Friday 26th May, and Monday 29th May. Your sample must be posted on the same day it’s collected.

Also, please note that courier collection times may impact the dispatching of pharmacy products during this time, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Orders placed via Royal Mail after 2 pm on Friday 26th May may not be dispatched until the next working days: 30th or 31st May.
