Place a clean fingertip over the bottle's opening, turn it upside down once, then return it to the upright position. For adults and the elderly: Apply twice consecutively for pain relief, but not more often than every 3 hours. For teething babies (over 5 months) and children: Apply once directly to the affected area using the fingertip. If needed, repeat after 3 hours, up to 6 times in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 7 days per teething episode.
