The Active Ingredient Is: Carbohydrate (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin)

Carbohydrates, here as Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, deliver a quick, efficient energy boost during activity. This cluster dextrin type is known for great solubility and simple gastric emptying, helping steady energy flow.

This variant comes from Cluster Dextrin, a heavy molecular weight carbohydrate recognised for fast gastric emptying and low GI distress, matching quality norms for athletic nutrition.

What Does Carbohydrate (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin) Do?

Carbohydrate helps supply energy during exercise and supports performance when taken around training. Dr. Takii of Tsukuba University found that cyclic dextrin ingestion during activity can boost carbohydrate oxidation and extend time-to-fatigue.

In addition, EFSA-supported context notes carbohydrate's role in energy metabolism during physical activity, supporting routine endurance and recovery considerations.
