For adults, the recommended way to consume the supplement is to begin with 13 drops in water or juice and gradually increase by 2-3 drops per day until reaching the optimal dose, to be taken twice a day. Children and sensitive adults should start with 1 drop in water or juice and increase by 1 drop every 3 days until reaching the optimal dose, to be taken twice a day. The optimal dose for each weight group is as follows: those under 40 lbs should take 15 drops twice a day, those between 41-75 lbs should take 2 droppers (52 drops) twice a day, those between 75-150 lbs should take 3 droppers (78 drops) twice a day, and those over 150 lbs should take 4 droppers (104 drops) twice a day.
