The supplement can be taken by anyone 12 years and above, with a recommended dosage of 1-2 capsules per day. The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules in-total). To give a specific date\, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course.
A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses\, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days\, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 10-days each month.

Maintenance Dose:
Take 2 capsules once a day during meals for 10 days. Depending on severity of condition\, repeat every 3 months.
