Apply Shredding Gel to clean, dry skin in the morning or evening. Massage a thin layer of gel into the areas you want to improve, such as thighs, waist, hips, buttocks, stomach, and upper arms. Do not apply Shredding Gel to any other parts of your body. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For topical, external use only. Do not ingest. Wash your hands with soap and water immediately after applying. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, flush liberally with water.
