How to use

Take 1/4 teaspoon of the powder one to three times daily, or as your healthcare practitioner advises. Shake lightly before each use. On an empty stomach or between meals\, take 4 ml (about 3/4 tsp) by mouth. May also mix in 1 oz. of water or juice (juice may be preferred due to the potent taste of glutathione). Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not take within 3 hours of bedtime.
