The Active Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is an amino acid that helps recovery after exercise and may support immune function. This product offers the free-form L-Glutamine used in many post-workout formulations. This ingredient is presented in a form fit for quick use by the body as part of a balanced athletic recovery routine.

What Does L-Glutamine Do?

L-Glutamine helps to reduce markers of muscle damage and exercise-induced inflammation, supporting recovery after strenuous activity. It also helps to support immune function during periods of intense training. [What matters is how it integrates with your routine.]

Scientific research suggests these effects may be seen when glutamine is taken in amounts within commonly studied ranges after exercise, with findings from Dr. Street of University of Bath highlighting reduced post-exercise muscle soreness and improved function.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
