Ensure® Plus Fibre is a 1.55kcal/ml high energy, complete and balanced sip feed with mixed fibre, including fructooligosaccharides (FOS), designed for the dietary management of patients with disease-related malnutrition or at risk of developing it.

Shake vigorously before using.

Unless bolus feeding is indicated, Ensure Plus Fibre should be served chilled. The product should be administered at room temperature in this case.

Ensure Plus Fibre is ready for consumption. Shake thoroughly before using. It is recommended to serve chilled, except when bolus feeding is required, in which case it should be at room temperature. The bottles are compatible with all Abbott Nutrition giving sets.

Patients taking fiber-containing supplements should ensure adequate fluid intake. When feeding patients with dysphagia, thicken the product as needed. Ensure Plus Fibre is not for intravenous use and should not be used in children under 1 year; use caution in children under 6 years. It is not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Ensure Plus Fibre is suitable for people with diabetes if regular glucose checks are conducted.
