Instructions: apply Epaderm Cream in the direction of hair growth to minimize the risk of blocking hair follicles. For dry skin care, NICE advises using emollients instead of soaps or detergents, which can increase skin water loss. Epaderm Cream can be used as a cleanser to wash dry skin without losing extra moisture. Instructions: dispense a small amount onto your hand, lather with warm water, and use like regular soap. For children under ten, use half the recommended amounts: Face, Ears, Neck 1/2 - 1 measure twice daily; Arms 1 - 2 measure twice daily; Back 1 - 2 measure twice daily; Torso 1 - 2 measure twice daily; Legs 3 - 4 measure twice daily; Hands 1/4 - 1/2 measure twice daily.
