The Active Ingredient Is: Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is a naturally occurring compound stored in muscle and used to rapidly restore energy during short bursts of high-intensity effort.

This form is commonly utilised in sports supplements and is compatible with a mix of ingredients to support energy production and muscular performance during tough exercise.

What Does Creatine Monohydrate Do?

Creatine monohydrate participates in rapidly recharging ATP, the immediate energy source for muscles during intense bouts of effort.

It helps with energy metabolism and supports the body’s ability to perform repeated short-duration efforts when paired with other nutrients and cofactors often found in pre-workout formulations.

This supplement isn’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
