The Primary Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine (Micronised Form)
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that acts as a fuel for intestinal cells and helps normal bodily function, and this micronised form is made to aid mixability and purity, described as 100% pure L-glutamine.
What Does L-Glutamine Do?
L-Glutamine helps to support muscle repair and immune function, and contributes to gut barrier integrity. NHS guidance and EFSA recognise its role in normal immune and gut health, with research pointing to benefits related to intestinal cell function and recovery after exertion.
