Direction for use:

Clean and dry the affected joint area before use. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of gel onto your fingertips and gently massage the gel into the skin surrounding the joint. Repeat the process 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

How to take

Apply uniformly to the soft area surrounding the joint, avoiding the knee cap. Do not massage. Let it dry for 10 minutes before covering.
