Use this product only on the nose, lips, throat, chest, and between the shoulders. To open the tube for the first time, unscrew the cap, flip it over, and use the pointed end to puncture the tube's seal. For adults: • Clear the nose by blowing it. • With your little finger, gently apply up to 1 cm of Happinose in and around each nostril, then inhale through the nose. • You can also massage the ointment onto the lips, throat, chest, and between the shoulders. • Reapply every 4 hours or as needed. • Wash your hands after application. • If symptoms persist for more than 10 to 14 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. For children aged 10 and over: Follow the adult instructions, but apply up to ½ cm of ointment in and around each nostril. For children aged 5 to 9 years: Follow the adult instructions, but apply up to ¼ cm of ointment in and around each nostril.
