The Active Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is an amino acid that helps to support muscle recovery and assists with immune function after intense exercise.

This form is a naturally occurring amino acid commonly used in sports nutrition supplements to back recovery and athletic performance contexts (which many athletes rely on).

L-Glutamine helps replenish stores used during heavy training, supports protein synthesis and is involved in immune function during periods of intense training.

It participates in normal body processes relating to recovery from exercise and immune support, which aligns with general nutritional science understanding of glutamine’s role.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
