The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a lean dairy protein source that delivers essential amino acids for muscle repair and growth. This form is quickly digested and absorbed, helping fast delivery of amino acids to muscles.

Sourced from milk, whey protein isolate is a lean protein option often used to back post-workout nutrition and training adaptations.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein is involved in muscle repair and recovery after exercise, helping with the delivery of amino acids to support normal muscle function. It ties to rapid digestion and uptake, which lines up with normal post-exercise physiological processes.

EFSA and NHS-aligned evidence supports the role of quality proteins in contributing to muscle health and recovery after physical activity.
