The probiotic powder is intended for adults and should be taken once a day on an empty stomach in the morning. Start with one adult scoop, which is equivalent to 0.8 grams or 224 billion cfu's. Mix it in a glass of de-chlorinated water and drink it. If the desired results are not achieved, the dosage can be increased to two scoops a day - one in the morning and one at bedtime. After one week, if the results are still not satisfactory, the dosage can be increased to three scoops a Children age 4 and over: Chew 2 tablets per day with meals or as directed by healthcare professional.
