How to use

To use this supplement, adults should start with one scoop (0.8 gram, 224 billion cfu's) of probiotic powder in the morning on an empty stomach (30 minutes before eating). Mix it in a glass of de-chlorinated water and consume it. This should be done once a day. Maintain this dosage for 3-5 days.
If the results are not satisfactory, increase the dosage to two scoops a day - one in the morning and one at bedtime. After a week, if the expected results are still not achieved Shake well before use. 50 lbs and under use 1 dropper (serving) per day. 51 lbs or more use 2 droppers (servings) per day. Not intended for children under 12 months of age. Dilute in water or juice or put in your child's favorite food. Use only as directed on label. Consult your child's health practitioner before taking this or any dietary supplement.
