Since Lamberts Vitamin C tablets are particularly engineered to release vitamin C gradually over 6 to 8 hours after ingestion, the bloodstream likewise absorbs vitamin C gradually. This is thought to maintain a longer-lasting, more stable level of vitamin C in the blood.

For cartilage, the strong tissue that coats the surfaces of joints, vitamin C helps maintain appropriate collagen synthesis. Moreover, vitamin C supports healthy immune system operation and shields cells from oxidative stress brought on by "free radicals."

Directions
Every day, take 1 to 3 pills with a meal, or as prescribed by a doctor or pharmacist.
