Lansinoh TheraPearl 3-in-1 Hot or Cold Breast Therapy is a pack of 2 versatile and reusable pads that provide hot or cold relief to soothe engorged, tender, or sore breasts while breastfeeding. These pads are designed to fit any breast size and can be used in multiple ways to help relieve pain and discomfort. The pearls can be heated in a microwave or cooled in a freezer to provide the desired temperature therapy. The hot therapy provides relief to blocked ducts and milk flow while the cold therapy provides relief from pain and swelling. The Lansinoh TheraPearl pads are non-toxic, BPA-free, and can be used for up to 20 minutes per session. They can also be used with any Lansinoh breast pump to ease breast pumping. Hot Use: To alleviate engorgement, blocked ducts, and mastitis, and to promote milk let-down. Heat packs in covers in the microwave for up to 15 seconds. If necessary, add time in 5-second intervals. Cold Use: To reduce pain and swelling from engorgement. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then place in covers before using. For Breast Pump Use: Fits any pump to aid let-down and decrease pumping time. Heat packs as per hot use instructions and wrap around the breast pump funnels. Use Therapearl for a maximum of 20 minutes per session. Packs can be placed in a bra to stay in place. Microwave Instructions: 700 Watts: 16 seconds, 1,000 Watts: 13 seconds, 1,250 Watts: 11 seconds.
