How to use

Bath: Add 250g (about 2 cups) of Magnesium Flakes to your bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes. Use more flakes for a stronger effect.

Footbath: Mix 150g (about 1 cup) of Magnesium Flakes into roughly 5 liters of water, enough to cover your feet. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

For best results, enjoy a magnesium bath 2-3 times weekly. It will leave your skin feeling smooth and soft. 1g (approximately 1/3 of a standard teaspoon or 1.5ml)\, taken twice daily with food or as professionally directed. Can be mixed with water or juice.
