How to use

Take 1/4 to 0.8 teaspoons (1 to 4 ml) daily, mixing it with juice or food to offset the strong mineral taste. To supplement your diet with magnesium, begin with 1/4 teaspoon and gradually increase the amount as needed, ideally distributed throughout the day. It's best to consume Mega-Mag with a large glass of fluid. Be aware that too much magnesium might have a laxative effect. Shake well. Children - 1 drop in 4 oz water or juice once a day in the morning. Increase intake by 1 drop every two weeks\, slowly work up to 26 drops\, 2x a day. Adults - 1 to 3 drops in 10 oz water once a day in the morning. Increase intake by 1 to 3 drops every week\, slowly work up to 52 drops\, 2x a day.
