Take 1/4 to 0.8 teaspoons (1 to 4 ml) daily, mixing it with juice or food to offset the strong mineral taste. It's best to consume Mega-Mag with a large glass of fluid. Be aware that too much magnesium might have a laxative effect. Shake well.
