Microwave the MeiboPatch for 40 seconds at 800 Watts. Gently shake it and check the temperature with the tester on the packaging and on your wrist. Hold the MeiboPatch on the tester for 30 seconds. Compare the tester's color with the color grid on the packaging. Ensure your face is free of makeup and cream before use.
