Mounjaro contains Tirzepatide as an active ingredient, it is a first-in-class medicine that activates both the GLP-1 (Glucagon-like peptide-1) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptors, which leads to improved blood sugar control and improved insulin sensitivity.  

Mounjaro has garnered significant attention for its effectiveness in controlling type 2 diabetes and aiding in weight management. Clinical studies have shown remarkable results, with obese and overweight individuals experiencing significant weight reductions of around 20-25% over a year when compared to placebo treatments.

Mounjaro works by increasing insulin secretion & sensitivity. It also suppresses glucagon activity and appetite, which reduces overall food intake. The combination of GIP and GLP-1 also slows gastric emptying, thereby reducing appetite and making you feel fuller for longer.

Mounjaro is administered as a subcutaneous injection (under the skin) ONCE weekly. It is available in 6 different strengths. The initial dose is 2.5mg ONCE weekly, increased by 2.5mg once every 4 weeks if tolerated well.

It works!

I tried it all - diets, gym, fasting. I just couldn’t get the weight off. With heart problems running in the family and reaching a “certain age” I knew I needed some help. Mounjaro has seen me lose 3 stone in a controlled way. Lots of specialist support and monitoring. I’m now moving to a maintenance dose with a view to come off it - your relationship with food changes very positively - and I feel so much better in myself. You’ll have to buy a new wardrobe! There were some gastric side effects to begin with - especially when moving from 7.5 to 10mg!! But well tolerated and they have now subsided. I know it won’t be for everyone but has been a huge success for me. Thank you Welzo!

So far I can’t recommend this product enough. From day one the food noise just vanished, I sleep better and feel more energised which I didn’t expect but gladly accept. I’ve struggled with menopause weight for years and have tried everything going, nothing worked. This does. Regarding side affects - just felt a bit under the weather on the second day.
