Adults:
- Start with 3-6 drops in 6-8 oz of filtered water, twice a day.
- Increase by 6 drops every other day until reaching 52 drops twice daily.
- Stay hydrated by drinking lemon water and ensure daily bowel movements.

Children & Sensitive Individuals:
- Begin with 1 drop in 4-6 oz of filtered water or juice once a day in the morning.
- Gradually increase by 1 drop every 3–4 days as tolerated, up to 26 drops twice daily.

Note: To prevent chlorine side effects, take 3–4 drops before/after swimming.

For optimal results, it is advised to take one drop of the supplement for 400mcg of iodine. To achieve additional energy and overall improved health, the recommended dosage is up to six drops daily. It is more effective to take frequent small doses rather than larger amounts at infrequent intervals. It is crucial to always consume the supplement on an empty stomach. Gradually increasing the dosage can help minimize detoxification symptoms. It is suggested to mix the dosage with pure water and take it on an empty stomach, either 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals, medications, and/or supplements. Taking the supplement after 4 PM may increase energy levels and cause difficulty sleeping at night. Therefore, it is best to take it before breakfast, before lunch, and before 4 PM.
