The Active Ingredient Is: Beta-alanine
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid used to support muscle energy capacity during exercise.
This form is linked to increased intramuscular carnosine levels, which helps buffer acid buildup and supports endurance in workouts.
What Does Beta-alanine Do?
Beta-alanine assists with delaying fatigue by promoting carnosine formation in muscle tissue, aiding energy production during intense activity.
It contributes to sustained performance by supporting the body’s normal fatigue management during exercise.
