Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin basically essential for everyday bodily functions including immune support and antioxidant protection.

This version uses PureWay-C, a patented mix pairing L-ascorbic acid with citrus bioflavonoids to boost absorption, and the citrus bioflavonoids join the antioxidant profile.

What Does Vitamin C Do?

Vitamin C helps support immune system function and acts as an antioxidant, helping to shield cells from oxidative stress, and it is involved in collagen synthesis which backs connective tissues and skin integrity, which is handy for active folks.

Dr Hemilä of the University of Helsinki found that higher daily intakes can help reduce the risk of common colds in athletes, aligning with EFSA guidance on normal immune function and antioxidant activity.

This supplement isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
