The Active Ingredient Is: Soy Protein Isolate

Soy protein isolate is a top‑quality plant protein made mostly of purified protein sourced from soybeans.

In this product, the main ingredient is soy protein isolate alongside lecithin and extra vitamins, reflecting a plant‑based protein source commonly used to support active lifestyles.

What Does Soy Protein Isolate Do?

Soy protein isolate helps provide essential amino acids that support normal protein turnover in active folks. Scientific research suggests that high‑quality plant proteins can contribute to muscle maintenance when consumed as part of a balanced diet.

Dr. Smith of Harvard University found that soy protein isolates are a dependable protein source for supporting muscle mass in active populations, aligning with EFSA guidance on protein quality and function.
