Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Super Omega + D3, 2900 mg Omega-3 with or after a meal. Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of young children. Refrigerate and use within 3 months after opening. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be carried out to help maintain normal health.
