How to Use:

Take one Pregnacare Max tablet and one Omega-3 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
Swallow the tablet and capsule whole and do not chew or crush them.
Continue taking one tablet and one capsule daily for a period of 12 weeks or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store the pack in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and out of the reach of children.
