Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of milk, water, or during a meal. Avoid hot drinks as they can destroy beneficial bacteria. Ensure there's a gap of at least 2 hours after taking antibiotics before consuming these capsules. Take daily with food or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.
