For Adults:

- Begin with 0.8 grams (one adult scoop, 224 billion CFUs) of probiotic powder each morning on an empty stomach. Dissolve in de-chlorinated water and drink 30 minutes before eating.

- If results are unsatisfactory, increase to two scoops daily, one in the morning and one at bedtime.
- If needed, after a week, increase to three scoops per day.
- The maximum recommended dosage is four scoops per day.
- You can reduce the dosage or pause intake as needed.

- Start with 0.1 gram (one baby scoop, 25 billion CFUs) of probiotic powder each morning on an empty stomach. Dissolve in water and drink.
- Maintain this dose for 3–5 days.
- If results are insufficient, increase to one scoop in the morning and one at bedtime for a week.
- If necessary, further increase to two scoops both morning and evening.
