Before initial use, activate the spray by pressing the nozzle briefly. For easier breathing and nasal moisture: Keep your head upright, insert the nozzle gently into the nostril, and spray once or twice in each nostril. Allow any extra solution to drain out, then blow your nose. For thorough nasal cleansing: Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle gently into the upper nostril, and spray for 2 to 3 seconds. Allow any extra solution to drain out, then blow your nose. After each use, wash the nozzle with hot soapy water, rinse, and dry with a clean cloth. Use 2 to 6 times daily as needed or as advised by your doctor.
