How to Use:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the pad.
Open the package and remove the pad.
If the pad has a coloured stripe, ensure that it is facing the front of your body.
Slip the pad up your legs and pull it up to your waist like underwear.
Adjust the pad to ensure it fits comfortably and securely.
To remove the pad, simply pull it down like regular underwear.
Put the used pad in a trashcan for disposal.
Repeat thorough hand-washing with soap and water.
