Identify the front and back of the underwear.
Step into the underwear, pulling it up to your waist. Ensure that the leg openings are snug around your thighs and that the waistband is comfortable and secure.

To remove the underwear, tear the side seams or pull down on the waistband and discard it in a waste bin.
