To take DNFM! New Pre Workout Stim, start with one scoop mixed with water 20-30 minutes before your workout. Once your body adapts, you can gradually increase to one and a half scoops, and eventually two scoops if you can handle it. Due to its extreme potency, do not take DNFM! after 5 PM to avoid sleepless nights. If you train in the evening, consider using Pumpage plus a very weak coffee as a safer alternative. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any medical conditions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Please consult the product packaging for accurate instructions on how to use the product.
