For athletes, it is recommended to consume 1 tablet 30-45 minutes before and after their workouts. On days without workouts, 1 tablet should be taken during breakfast. For dietary purposes, it is advised to take 1-2 tablets per day with meals. The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules in-total). To give a specific date\, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course.
A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses\, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days\, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 10-days each month.
