Take a single serving of the product – 5 g (1 scoop) and wash down with 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 minutes before a workout, 2nd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime. Store in a dry and dark place out of the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for use by children, pregnant or nursing women.
