Mix one serving of Trec Nutrition Vit C + L-Lysine Powder – 1g (one flat measure) with water or juice. Consume during or immediately after a meal. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15–25°C, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women. Individuals prone to kidney stones or with iron metabolism disorders should avoid large portions of vitamin C (over 500 mg).
