Our products are meant to make you feel healthy and at your best. If you need to return your item, you can do so free of charge within 30 days in the same original and unopened packaging. Subject to T&C's.

Before using the product for the first time, practice handling the bottle. Remove the tamper-evident seal before initial use. Open the bottle by taking off the protective cap. Squeeze the bottle with the tip facing downward. Apply one drop to each eye, 3-4 times daily. Shake off any leftover solution from the tip and promptly replace the protective cap after use. Viscotears Tri Action can be used while wearing contact lenses.

Avoid using if you are allergic to any ingredients. Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Each bottle is intended for use by one person only. Avoid contact between the bottle tip and your eye or contact lens, and do not touch the tip with your fingers. Do not squeeze the bottle while the cap is on. Do not use after the expiration date or more than 6 months after opening, whichever comes first. If you experience temporary blurred vision after application, wait until your vision clears before engaging in activities that require clear sight. Allow at least 15 minutes between using other eye medications. Keep out of reach of children. Store between 5-30°C, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Dispose of the empty bottle properly.
