This product can be used in two ways:

1. As a Food Supplement:
- Take 5ml of Zincatest® daily, diluting it with water or orange juice if desired.

2. As a Zinc Status Taste Test:
- Perform the test at least one hour after eating or drinking.
- Mix 5ml of Zincatest® with 60ml of water.
- Swirl 5ml of this mixture in your mouth for 10 seconds, then swallow or spit it out.

Taste Sensations and Indications:

- Tasteless like water: Low zinc status.
- Slightly dry, furry, mineral-like, or sweet taste: Marginally low zinc status.
- Definite taste that intensifies: Marginally positive zinc status.
- Strong unpleasant taste immediately: Positive zinc status.

If your response corresponds to levels 1 or 2, consider using a zinc supplement or Zincatest® until your response improves to level 3 or 4. This may require a course of treatment lasting between 3 to 6 months. Prepare a new solution for each test. Take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day\, preferably with meal. Swallow with water. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
